I love The Bay Inn. I have stayed here multiple times over the last two years. It’s my go to property when I come to the area.. the rooms are beautiful. The beds are the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The staff is outstanding, very communicative and super sweet..

Convenient location, just outside Petoskey. Little Traverse Wheelway runs nearby (currently right on the shoulder of us31). Beds are micro-foam mattresses , takes a little getting used to. Overall very nice.

We had a clean, aesthetically pleasing room with a very comfortable bed. Check in/Check out was very convenient and easy. We had no issues with road noise or thin walls. The Inn has beautiful views and we enjoyed the outdoor fire places and caught a stunning sunset. The Inn’s location is close to everything we wanted to do on our trip in Northern Michigan and will definitely book again.

Our room was not in a great location and hidden way back off of the main building. The main building has a beautiful view of the water and unfortunately we had none. The Wi-Fi was slow and continually disconnected along with the television searching for a signal every five minutes.
