Bad Smell , Busy Street , misleading pictures

I was trying to handle this matter privately however I was told that the property manager would get back with me. Here we are 30 days later and still no follow up. First things first : the pictures of this property are very deceiving. The property is on a busy street. We had to walk behind the property to get to our room. Not enough adequate lighting at night. That’s not the worst part. Nope the worst was the smell of the rooms. It smelled like mildew. Like old cigarettes. We purchased candles but that didn’t helped. I ended up getting another hotel room. We left the property only 1 hr after check in
