My overall experience wasn't bad. However, I do believe the staff need more training on the services and how to best treat their customers. I had issue with the staff as soon as I stepped into the hotel because, the girl at he canter doesn't know what expedia is. Secondly, they are saying they no longer deal with expedia and as such cannot confirm my books even when I told them I have paid for the room I booked via expedia
