Terrible

I had a 'deluxe' double room. There was no milk for my coffee and no toiletries, just a bottle of soap on the side of the sink. There were cobwebs everywhere and a funny smell from the bathroom. Never again I think is an understatement. I know it's cheap, but I'd rather fork out an extra tenner to get a travelodge or anywhere else TBH.

It was a very hidden away hotel and a great place to be if you are looking to be close to Gatwick for early flights, the bed was super comfy and the excitement of our holiday we couldn’t sleep but it was easy to access and only a few minutes away by taxi. Shabby, grubby and dusty and the bed was too small

We paid for a ‘deluxe room’ which included a queen bed which we needed because of shoulder issues. However, it was just a normal double which was not big enough and when we mentioned this, they offered to move us the following day at a time we were not going to be in. Also, the room was filthy. There was dust everywhere, the desk was covered in dirt and grime and the whole room, sold as ‘deluxe’ was far from that. In fact, it was shabby and grubby and not what I expected. The guy on reception was very nice - but for the most part I did not see anyone on reception.
