Everything was wonderful! The studio apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. I especially appreciated having plenty of towels available, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was excellent and made our stay even more enjoyable. Nice, fully equipped apartment in central location to downtown Nashville and Vanderville University. Liked onsite parking, kitchen and washer/dryer. Good app.

The door panel terms were different than what we were emailed so getting in required some trial and error. The place is very clean but has a Severance vibe. Long, stark hallways and eerie silence. The apartment is nice but has a few maintenance issues. Tub handle was falling off, curtain rod twisted around in it's mount, kitchen sink faucet pulsated violently. Otherwise a nice place.

The place is in a great location and has a ton of potential but is in need of some TLC. There were lightbulbs out, the shower had almost zero pressure and wasn’t cleaned very well. The worst part was the toilet that never stopped running. I don’t want to have to jiggle the handle for 10 minutes every time the toilet is flushed - very annoying. Another thing that was irritating was the coffee. It’s nice that they have coffee available but can you at least make sure it’s not all decaf? Pointless.

Really enjoyed having an apartment instead of a hotel room. Wish the bedrooms had a tv. Unfortunately, our dryer didn’t work as I planned on washing & bringing clean clothes home. That was my only complaint. I’d stay here again.

I had a wonderful experience staying in this apartment. The space was very clean, modern, and well maintained, which made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The layout is practical and spacious, with plenty of natural light that gives the apartment a warm and inviting atmosphere. The location is excellent, close to restaurants, shops, and main roads, yet still quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all appliances worked perfectly.
