Great location and easy access is about I can say that was good. Overall unclean, filthy living room carpet, tiny ant like bugs in the kitchen area, stained bath towel, stained bathroom floor and sofa in the living room. Noisy, conversations in the next apartment were totally understandable and a barking whining dog. Definitely will not return.

Excellent location walking distance to Convention Center. The one bedroom suite was perfect size, clean, all of what you needed was available. I cooked my breakfast and would suggest new frying pans of the same materials and not have “plastic” kitchen utensils (heat and plastic are toxic). Overall, I will return and highly recommend this place to anyone coming to South Miami Beach area.

Perfect location for my trip. Quiet. Lots of space. Good value. Never saw a staff person, but very responsive to texts and emails. Nice to have a kitchen but the one knife very dull. No counter so hard to prep food, or even use the dish drain that was provided. Was ok. purposes, only there s few days, it was fine.

The apartment was clean and parking was easy to acquire. The chairs at the dining table were a bit unstable , the water in the shower ran very cold and I think fresh towels should be made available every other day . Overall it was a good stay and I would say value for money
