Nice hotel in the neighborhood we wanted to be, checking was fast and the room simple and nice. The first night that we wanted to turn the tv on the remote didn’t work, went to reception and got another but we couldn’t turn the volume up. One of the closets door was jammed and to me the one that I thought it was dangerous, a small step entering the restroom. One day they forgot to clean our bedroom, they apologized but it was odd. Very convenient to have a water dispenser in our hallway. Thank you.

Tuve varios detalles en el hotel. 1 .- al llegar vi que no funcionaba la caja de seguridad pedí que me la fueran a arreglar y me dijeron que eran las pilas y que no tenían pilas hasta que llegara el gerente al día siguiente. 2.- el estacionamiento es reducido y no es suficiente para todas las habitaciones. Sin embargo llegué metí mi auto y me dijeron que lo pusiera detrás de otro pero que dejara las llaves. Cuando salí más tarde a la tienda de la esquina me di cuenta que habían metido otro automóvil en mi lugar y él me lo habían dejado en la calle. 3.- en las habitaciones decía que tenían servicio de restaurante hasta las 9 de la noche. Y uno de los días quise pedir a las 8 de la noche comida y me dijeron que no tenían el servicio ya en las noches. 4.- ese mismo día que pedí servicio a la habitación y no tenían pedí de comer por medio de una aplicación. Pedí una cuchara para poderme comer mis alimentos y me dijeron que no tenían y que hasta el día siguiente cuando llegara el gerente Me podrían proporcionar una. 5.-al pedir hablar con el gerente por estos inconvenientes la persona recepción se fue bastante renuente en quererme contactar con él. 6.- pude hablar con el gerente y me ofreció que me daría un descuento especial para mi próxima este día el cual jamás me mandaron. También les faltó mandarme mi factura
