Greeted well. Room was ok for a very old building. But small updates could improve it a lot. For example, the woodwork could do with a coat of paint, chip in bathroom sink, tap top came off. The restaurant felt inviting, but the wine we ordered was out of stock and food was average. We didn't use the car park but it seemed to have plenty of space. The cleaners were friendly.
