I stayed one night. My a/c went out in my room sometime overnight or in the early morning hours which caused me to wake early because I was so hot. The shower door needed servicing, it was very difficult/almost impossible to open and close. The body wash container in the shower was almost empty – I barely had enough to wash. And there was no hair conditioner provided. I tried calling down to the front desk and no one picked up. When I checked out, I calmly explained everything that happened to the front desk associate who stated she would like to give me a refund, however, since I booked through hotels.com I would need to contact them to request the refund. She was very kind and helpful and even gave me her name to tell hotels.com. However, when hotels.com reached out to the hotel to see if they would issue a refund, they refused.
