Loved the location. A short walk to the train station, Tokyo Tower and evening activities. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Easy check in and out, a lot of travel supplies, very soft bed and pillows, nice towels and linen. There was only a washing machine (no dryer), however, the bathroom has its own laundry drying system which dries the clothes faster than the regular dryer. Overall, we love the hotel and its location.

It was quiet and clean. It was close to the subway. However, the furniture was cheap quality and the beds were too low and were uncomfortable. We also kept stubbing our toes on the bed frames. The fridge was tiny and the kitchen was small. The decor was like a college dorm. There is no receptionist; check in, check out, and help with room problems are all done electronically. The neighborhood streets had scattered trash, which is unusual for Japan. Near by restaurants were lesser quality. This was our third hotel with a kitchen that we stayed in on our 2-week trip to Japan, and this one suffered by comparison to the other two (that were in the same price range).

It’s great to stay in a condo style place. I cooked dinner one night. I bought the best meat the local grocery store had available, bought veggies from them and the market place and made sukiyaki. I had to wash dishes, but that’s the only negative. The dryer is the bathroom/shower/tub area and I heard these don’t work, however; mine did better than my expectations. I’d say jeans were dry in less than 8 hours. Btw, you have your own washer. The negatives would be it wasn’t the cleanest and there is no one staffing on the premises. However, they are at the property across the street. I ate at a few family run places and enjoyed their hospitality. The mom and daughter? Tonkatsu place was great. They were cheering on the Osaka baseball team and ever were wearing the team’s jerseys. Osaka is older than Tokyo, at least this area compared to where I stayed in Tokyo, but I didn’t have a problem with it. I would definitely stay here again.

很乾淨。房間有洗衣機、小廚房和陽台。還有吸塵器，有髒亂時可以隨時處理。日本外食對我們來說太鹹，小廚房可以簡單料理早餐和晚餐。每天洗完衣服可以晾曬在陽台（曬衣架頗低所以不會有礙觀瞻），不用帶太多衣服去旅行真的非常方便。距離地鐵站很近，非常滿意的住宿。
