Et dejligt ophold med en meget hyggelig atmosfære og venligt personale. Vi fik supergod mad begge dage – det bedste, jeg har fået i Tyskland. Morgenmaden var også rigtig god. Et skønt sted med mange gode faciliteter.

Meget positivt overrasket over stort og rummeligt familieværelse. Fin stor legeplads til vores 4 årige. Morgenmad var ok, men ikke mere - det varme som bestod af scrambled egg og hårdkogte æg var lidt skuffende, men der var meget andet: rundstykker og pålæg samt yoghurt og forskellige morgenmadsprodukter. Pandekagemaskine. Forskellige juicer og kaffe og te.

Wir sind erst relativ spät angereist und freuten uns sehr, dass zum Hotel ein Restaurant gehörte, welches sogar noch um 21:00 Uhr warme Küche bot. ES WAR SOOO LECKER. Absolut zu empfehlen. Personal Abends und Morgens super nett und freundlich! Mega Frühstücks-Buffet mit reichlich Auswahl. Das haben wir in teureren Hotels schon deutlich geringer bekommen. Unser Zimmer war etwas oldschool eingerichtet, aber für eine Nacht absolut ausreichend. Wir hatten allerdings auch erst wenige Stunden zuvor gebucht.

Das Personal würde ich gern besser bewerten aber eine einzige Dame war so unfreundlich! Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir äußerst unfreundlich begrüßt. Obwohl der Fehler eindeutig vom Hotel gemacht wurde, ließ man uns 15- 20 Min stehen und behandelte uns schroff und von oben herab. So etwas haben wir noch nie erlebt. Ein anderes Mal hatte der Gast vor uns gesagt, er sollte, laut Kellner, dass Frühstück für seinen Besuch an der Rezeption bezahlen. Wütend ging die selbe Dame zum Speisessal und sagte die können jetzt was erleben! Den Gast und uns lies sie stehen. Alle anderen, sei es am Empfang oder im Speisesaal waren sehr nett und zuvorkommend!
