Breakfast, accommodations and price were all good. The staff were great. I booked this hotel and when we arrived, the room was not available. This was not their fault because I used Hotels.com and they overbooked. They were supposed to call me about this and nobody ever reached out. I was told that the manager even called around looking for a comparable room/price for us and they were sold out. Overall, the stay was nice and the staff were very friendly. Hotels.com, not so impressed; if they are overbooking then not reaching out about their mistake, that’s not good service at all.
