The host and staff were extremely kind and accommodating and made us feel welcome. Our flight was cancelled and the booking was non refundable but the host tried to accomodate us as best he could. Breakfast was a lovely touch with chai and parathas amongst other things. One thing was the room we were in was very damp , a lot of our possessions ended up becoming damp too and the bed itself was damp which made for an uncomfortable sleep. Other than this though great location and overall a pleasant experience.

Wonderful! Can’t be beat! This homestay was a throwback to being in Delhi in the late 90s, early 2000s. Perfect location: safe, South Delhi, easy access to several markets and nearby neighborhoods. The homemade breakfast in the morning presents an excellent opportunity to meet fellow travellers. It’s also filling and delicious. Thanks for you hospitality. Would definitely stay again! One adult with two kids. Stayed in Deluxe room with two beds.

A must stay in HauzKas!!!

The owner upgraded my room to a balcony suite. Gorgeous room and huge for a solo. Jenna our host just a ray of joy. Full of information and a nurturing heart. She drawn a map for my walk and I walked from the house to the rose garden thru the forest to deer park thru the village and ended up in hauzkas fort by the lake. So appreciated your help Jenna!! Love always-Bing

Beautiful place, very well run, stunning building and historic. Well looked after. Not much for low carb diet. No real masala tea. I got sent to the expensive cafes and bars but I found a chaiwalla for 20 rupees. Only thing to fix is the map. Maybe explain the larger scale of it. It’s very confusing at first.

The property is set in a peaceful, tree-lined gated community, which makes for a relaxing stay. There are several good bars and restaurants nearby, and it’s conveniently located within easy reach of central Delhi and the airport. We stayed in a larger room with a pleasant balcony; while it was a little tired in places, it was still comfortable overall.

Helpful and welcoming host with good ideas for sightseeing in a day. Shops and restaurants within walking distance. IIT metro 5mins walk which is very handy for the airport terminal 1 and for sightseeing, as the one day tourist pass is very good value. An uber to Villa 33 from terminal 3 was 485 inr and took 30mins. I would recommend staying at Villa 33.
