The apartment was bright and comfortable and the office was very responsive to our needs, even ordering a taxi for our return to the airport. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the street life on the pedestrian only street below.

Property was very close to main tourist area to access shopping and food (lots of choices) but just off the street so it was mostly quiet. Busy area during the day. Disappointed in Crete

Clean but extremely small. The pictures must be from 10 years ago as it a bit worn. Our room was on the fourth floor and the only access was by stairs that seemed to be steeper than normal. We decided after 2 minutes in the room to find better accommodations just down the street at the Dom hotel. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who can afford something nicer. We weren't given a refund.

Wonderful Stay in Crete! We had an amazing experience at this hotel in Crete. From the moment we arrived, everything felt inviting the entrance smelled incredible, and the same went for the lovely, high-quality toiletries in the shower. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, the shower was great, and the entire place was spotless. The location couldn’t have been better: it’s in a safe, vibrant area with lots of great shops and restaurants just a short walk away. Everyone we encountered was friendly and spoke English, which made our stay feel easy and welcoming. We especially enjoyed the local food scene Central Park was a favourite. Our host was incredibly kind and helpful, arranging transportation from the airport and to the port, and staying in touch with quick responses through the app. Housekeeping even helped us with our laundry, which we really appreciated during our trip. We also loved the thoughtful extras a coffee machine with pods, milk and creamer, cozy slippers, and even Netflix on the TV for winding down in the evenings. The only thing to keep in mind is that there are quite a few stairs (we stayed on the third floor), but honestly, it just made us feel better about enjoying all the delicious local food! Overall, we’d highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

Das Zimmer war sehr schön, die Lage des Hotels in der Innenstadt von Heraklion perfekt, um abends auszugehen. Jede Menge tolle Bars, Restaurants und Läden in Laufentfernung. Auch der Venizianische Hafen ist nur drei Laufminuten entfernt. Die Hotelumgebung ist extrem laut. Neben den üblichen Autos und Rollern fliegen die Flugzeuge ab HER bei Start direkt über das Haus und es ist immer mindestens ein Straßenmusiker zu hören. Der Service ist mies. Es gibt keine Rezeption und keinen Aufzug. Das wussten wir vor der Ankunft, aber erst nachdem wir gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Statt Zimmerschlüssel gibt es Nummern für die Keypads an Haus- und Zimmertür. Das hat funktioniert. Check In war online über eine Webseite mit grauenvoller Usability. Statt der versprochenen „wenigen Minuten“ habe ich 45min gebraucht. Das Zimmer wurde am dritten Tag das erste Mal gereinigt. Gerade der Mülleimer mit dem gebrauchten Klopapier war am Ende ziemlich eklig.
