No room at the inn

I had a pre-paid reservation about 6 weeks in advance of my trip. When I arrived I was told they had no openings. They repeated no rooms several times with no ideas except that I should go on line and request a refund. Over heard that they had two rooms that were being held for other reservations. Very unprofessional.

This was the nastiest place I’ve ever seen. I have requested a refund. I didn’t even stay here I asked at the counter for a refund they refused and said to do it thru who I booked with. This hotel should be condemned. People outside using drugs. The area is unsafe, the room was absolutely filthy. There was blood in the sink the tub looks like it’s never been cleaned the sheets were clearly filthy. I have photos of what you expected me to stay in. Office guy was no help and upon arrival originally told me there wasn’t a room though I booked and was charged by expedia.

Hotel was filthy. Sheets were stained, there was a pubic hair on the fitted sheet. One towel, one dirty dingy towel, dirty stained shower curtain. Asked for a refund, was told to wait so they could get the cleaner. Stray dogs running around trying to get into the room. I asked for a refund, did not feel safe, no deadlock on the door. Was advised they could put me in another room, which I opted to go to another hotel. No refund. Run, run far away from this property.
