The room was decently cleaned, not to a point where youre like wow super clean. But enough so that youre not like wow this place is digusting. The staff was friendly, no breakfast. And I wasnt there long enough to use the laundry.

a pretty poor place to stay, the worst coffee in the rooms! no coffee mugs, no coffee fixings like creamer or sugar, or silverware, it had a kitchen with nothing in it. a/c was loud and annoying hard to sleep, outside light bulbs are burnt out. pretty run down! the walkways needed to be cleaned/pressure washed.

This place is in terrible condition. They made cosmetic updates but it is still a very aged building. The hot tub wasn't hot. I asked for extra towels and two staff told me no, they were to busy and the laundry room was to far away. After dark, the property did not feel safe.

The studio suite was great. It was clean and updated. Great location so many restaurants and stores nearby. The only con was the tv channels were programmed into the bedroom tv so i had to use the fromt tv to figure out what i wanted to watch

Suite room (versus studio) has separate bedroom (>300 sq ft), but same kitchenette with modern appliances/furnishings. Sparse Scandinavian-style decor. Clean, well maintained, reasonably quiet rooms with table/chairs and comfortable bed. Outdoor entrance walkways scruffy (need pressure wash). Helpful front desk staff. Deposit $100 (cash if want prompt return at checkout) or credit card. Good parking and security.

My partner and I usually stay in higher-end hotels, but this was meant to be a simple temporary stay for two nights. Unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing compared to what the photos suggested. The king bed only had three pillows available, and they were extremely thin. When we asked for additional pillows, the staff wasn’t able to provide any. The towels were old, the walls were dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the room was poor. The room also felt very humid, and the air conditioner was loud and unpleasant. Many elements in the room (walls, floors, etc.) looked worn and poorly maintained. What made us the most uncomfortable, however, was the general atmosphere of the property and some of the other guests staying there. At times we felt uneasy and rushed to get back into our room, as we didn’t feel very safe. Overall, this place did not match the expectations created by the photos and we would not recommend it.

The clerk at check in tried to tell me my credit card wasn’t accepted there even though it was issued by a nationwide bank. She pointed to a sign that said they do not accept cards from pay apps like Venmo and I tried to explain to her that my card was not from any of those. Also the gave us a room right near the front of the hotel and by the pool so it was noisy all hours of the evening and morning. Also no shampoo or conditioner was provided (only soap).

Rooms are nice but the area is not great a lot of tweakers and Partiers some homeless roaming around all night. They definitely need security out there to clean it up some but all in all the rooms were surprisingly very nice also do not have any issues. Other than people making too much noise above us all night
