Everything was great. Great location and the staff were beyond pleasant. The only thing we were not happy with was not having regular closets. We didn’t like their (closet) setup.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. The staff was always so friendly. It was nice having the bar and outside lanai to enjoy your cocktails. There is a cute little cafe style restaurant. We did not eat there but the food looked very delicious. Be prepared to pay for parking at $55 a day (I did not pay attention when booking that it was valet only parking). I also paid for a lanai room thinking that we had a small balcony for our room, but in actuality it was the hotels lanai. It’s about a 10 minute or so walk to Broadway, but they do have the electric scooters and bikes out front if you wanted to rent those. Our overall experience was great! Definitely would stay here again.

Clean, comfortable room. Close enough to walk to broadway, but far enough that it was quiet at night. 10/10 would recommend to stay at. If I am ever in Nashville again, I will stay here.

Clean room, efficient check-in and out. Staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a little tricky learning how to get to the lobby (5th Floor), but all was good. Bartenders were good, too.

Great service. The only issue is be careful when parking your car at valet. It’s a narrow road and I wouldn’t leave the car

8/10 Very good

Very nice stay for a fairly new hotel. Pros: Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is clean and felt safe. Walking distance to Nissan stadium, main street area, restaurants and bars. Hotel bar was a plus and they had food until about 9:45ish. Cons: A few kinks need to be worked out. There was no front desk or housekeeping staff button on the in room phone. No ice bucket or machine in site. I did have to go to the lobby in order to request ice. Elevator was working on and off to get out of the hotel. Had to walk down once to get out of the hotel (5 floors). Overall, will be back to stay at this hotel. Very nice.

We weren't able to adjust temperaturein the room. The control wasn't working. And I hope they can have better type of conditioner -- it doesn't do the job. Staffs were friendly. Room was clean. Overall was okay.

4/10 Fair

I stayed here starting earlier this week and while the hotel has a lot of potential, there were a few issues that made the experience a bit disappointing. You can definitely tell it’s a newer property that’s still working out some details. In our room, several of the walls looked unfinished, which made the space feel a little incomplete. The shower was also inconsistent and would randomly turn scorching hot, which was pretty frustrating while trying to shower. Another small thing was that we weren’t given an ice bucket when we checked in. It wasn’t a huge deal, but we didn’t end up receiving one until our last night. The café on site was decent and one of the better parts of the stay. However, the listing online mentioned bikes available outside the hotel for guests to use, and we never saw any during our stay. Overall, the hotel has potential and a cool concept, but it feels like it’s still working through some opening-phase issues. Hopefully these things improve as the hotel settles in.

6/10 Good

This was an okay stay. The room size was great and the rooms were generally clean. I did notice the bathroom floor had streak marks like it had been cleaned with a dirty mop. The handheld shower head was hilariously high overhead, which kind of defeated the purpose of a handheld (typically used by people that want to keep their hair dry, people bathing children in showers that don’t necessarily want to get wet themselves, etc). The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, I woke up several times a night during my 4 night stay to try to adjust the pillows, left with a sore neck. The rooms only have ambient light and downcast lamps, so if you’re planning to take any work meetings via webcam while you’re there, bring your ring light. Two of the reading lights in my room had burnt out bulbs. The bar and lounge area is comfortable with great vibes. The coffee is significantly overpriced for a cup of drip coffee compared to local coffee shops, but free refills if you plan to be around all day. Food is good! They texted a couple of times to ask about my stay while I was there in a way that felt personal, asked for a response from me, and was signed by a “Natalie”, but Natalie never responded to anything I had to say so she may have been a bot or they have no follow through in their communication system. The location is great, desk staff was great, overall an average experience.
