The room was clean. Checking in was a little confusing. Need a code for the front door and for the room. I had to message management for the codes while waiting outside. It feels like you're living in a house with roommates in a suburban neighborhood. There's no instruction, everything is digital, so I'm not sure if the people on site who were cleaning are people who work for the owners, or if they are the owners/landlords/property managers - the blurred line - lack of English speaking and not so friendly attitude made the experience a little weird but considering the super cheap price to stay in LA, I didn't mind.
With that said, because of the value and the cleanliness of the room, and relatively quiet and safe area, I would come back again if I was constrained on a budget.
