We came here for a quiet night away. This place did not disappoint. Hotel was calm and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the dock and seeing all the different fish. The afternoon we arrived we had parrots outside our balcony which was amazing. Definitely our best night of our trip.

No. The pool was closed 2 days we were there. There weren’t many chairs in pool area for a property its size. The pool was not heated as was indicated on website. We asked three times to have the room cleaned. They came once and made the bed, threw out trash and gave clean towels. They did not sweep or clean the floor which is what I requested. They had a wedding on the grounds which limited our access to the property which they did not notify us about.

The door to the room was ill fitting and had a lot of grime around the latch. The two beds were too large for the room and made it hard to enter the bathroom. No chairs in the room and only were bright lights in the ceiling. Forget the grab and go breakfast. We arrived at 8:45 and almost all the limited food was gone. No effort from this staff to take care of business. Very poor stay. The view was nice that’s all
