Mitch on reception, very welcoming & friendly. Great ‘Director of First Impressions’. Room was absolutely lovely. Food amazing, especially brekkie! (Chef very friendly and accommodating). Gym, small but had decent equipment. Spa, lovely (although disappointed that the steam room wasn’t operational) and bar staff exceptional. Dody is such a credit to your team.
