The only good thing was the location The unit had almost no television input 2 channels only which constantly broke The balcony was cover with pigeon dropping there was a table out there but no chairs The toilet holder in th bath was broken and inthe lounge room there was an old broken and sagging leather 3 seater . GIANT BUGS - Mouldy showers and so much more!

Great last minute check in - but that was the best part. Shower was mouldy, room was dirty, floors were sticky, dust and dirt everywhere, the couch was collasped into itself, doors that were unable to be locked, no TV remote but the worst bit was the GIANT BUGS running all through the place. (Videos for evidence that I cannot upload here) Honestly the worst stay i have had in Parramatta - shame as the location was great!

Shower was moldy, room was dirty, floors were sticky, dust and dirt everywhere, the couch was collasped into itself, doors that were unable to be locked, no TV remote but the worst bit was the bugs running all through the place. The room was run down and in need of an update. There was dried liquid that had run down the wall and not been cleaned off. The bedside light did not work. The floor looked like it had been mopped with a dirty mop.

Check in time stated 2pm-5pm but I could check in late, apartment needed some work (broken bathroom light above mirror, exhaust fan not working in bathroom, smoke alarm missing), extremely noisy from 7am, as high rise construction very close by.

Noisy and tired - I will not stay again

The room was tired but relatively clean. The whole building smelt of cooking smells (onion, garlic, curry) which I could not get rid of by opening the doors. The worst part was the amount of noise! My neighbours came home and woke me up at 10:30pm and proceeded to play basketball in their apartment, slam doors, yell loudly and generally make a nuisance of themselves until 2am! I yelled out to them at one point to keep it down but to no avail. The management should be on top of this. I will never stay again.

It was relatively inexpensive but that was after a fair sort of discount. I am assuming that the majority of occupants in the building are either owners or longer term tenants. Cooking smells pervaded the floor I was on. Reception staff were nice but the property did not match up with the photos online. On the plus side it was convenient to Parramatta Station.

We had a great stay. Staff went above and beyond to help by, letting us leave bags until check in. Helping us break open our suitcase when the lock became jammed. So a big thank you. Will definitely stay again.
