The beauty of this stay is the location - Iceland’s largest fjord. It’s a quiet location among the beautiful mountains, very scenic. One small downside is that our room didn’t have blackout curtains for traveling during the latter part of May.

The breakfast, which is included, is similar to those in other places where you pay $14-17, the only difference being the simple setting and cafe.

It was good. Nice and comfortable. The refrigerator didn't work, but they came and fixed the situation...literally immediately. Easy self-checkin. My only complaint was the party at the bar next door, where folks were carrying on very loudly until about 3 am. Not the hotel's fault...I don't think.
