was overrun with drunks, someone was having a party in the lobby there was NO staff, and literally NO water. Not a fountain or anything. The vending machine had like three singular bottles of iced tea and that was it. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Room had a strange smell coming from bathroom, shower was very high to step into. I have an injured knee and it was hard to step down out of shower. Have to ask for hair dryer. One i was given did not work. Had to go down to get another.

Breakfast was pretty bad (limited, stale pastries) and people smoke right outside the front doors which are left open, so the smoke drags back inside all the way up to the first floor. Wifi was also really slow. Other than that it was clean and comfortable.

Great place to explore Strasbourg and surroundings. Use the Park and ride to have a very reasonable ride in to the city centre or ither areas. Our room was connectedto the next room via a doir, unfortunately on our second and third night we had a smking and noisy neighor who smokedoutthe window resolting inthe smoke vapors entering our room even past midnight. Unfortunately there was nobody tocomplain to.

Automated check-in can be problematic. After registration, did not receive email to advise of room number or pass code. Unable to gain access and stuck in foyer for some 20 minutes. Fortunately member of staff appeared who was very helpful. Have stayed in France B&B Hotels before and know what to expect. Very good value for money-especially the out of town venues-often near commercial/industrial parks which is fine if you don't intend to use room as a base for sight-seeing. As a stop-over/rest on a long journey, B&B Hotels are ideal.

B&B but less than hostel service

For a stop would haven’t been so bad, but for two nights it doesn’t worth it. Room was tidied but not cleaned, or they missed the spider webs. Also, luckily the lights in the bathroom were working as the ones in the room and by the bed stopped after turning them on. Issue was reported to reception but nothing was done. Given that we were leaving the next day, didn’t care too much but quality of service is not so great. Definitely last time B&B experience..

Check-in-Mail kam einen Tag nach der Abreise. Volle Mülleimer empfingen uns auf dem Parkplatz. Buchungsnummer wurde nicht mitgeteilt, deshalb mussten wir den Service anrufen, was sehr lange dauerte. Im Zimmer stank es erbärmlich!!! Es war ekelhaft! Es gab für 2 Personen nur 1 Kopfkissen, das eine Handtuch war schmutzig. Im Bad war Schimmel an den Fliesen und Spinnennetze in der Ecke. Für 1 Nacht auf der Durchreise ausgehalten ansonsten keine Empfehlung! Positiv, die Bettwäsche war sauber. Parkplatz ist kostenfrei. Dennoch, wir werden wohl nicht wieder kommen.
