Hôtel facile à trouver, parking facile d'accès. Passer par hotels.com est compliqué car ils ne communiquent pas les bonnes références pour accéder à l'hôtel en dehors des heures de réception. Chambre correcte mais propreté moyenne (cheveux dans la salle de bain), dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de volets a la fenêtre car le rideau seul laisse passer largement la lumière du jour. Hôtel agréable et personnel accueillant. Mais gros problème : nous n'avons pas su qu'il s'agissait d'une chambre double et nous avons été gênés par les personnes d'à côté qui sont rentrées dans la nuit. Tous les bruits passent ; c'est très très gênant et flippant. Je ne comprends pas qu'on puisse donner à la réservation une chambre comme celle-ci. Je souhaiterais obtenir un dédommagement pour la mauvaise nuit que nous avons passée. Les gens d'à côté n'y sont pour rien. Comme nous, ils ont été surpris par cette porte qu'ils ont ouverte d'où le bruit et la peur pour nous ! Merci de bien vouloir réserver une suite favorable à ma demande car nous comptons revenir pour la réouverture de Thermapolis situé à côté de cet hôtel.
