Booked a water villa for the New Year celebration and had a wonderful stay. The villa was cozy yet felt very luxurious, with a beautiful private pool that I used throughout the day. Because of that, I often needed extra towels and floor towels, and housekeeping was excellent. They were very responsive and always provided everything I needed. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, a relaxing and memorable experience.

Great place to relax, from the receptionist’s to the F&B, security all the staff are friendly and polite. I arrived at breakfast when they’d just set up, plenty of choice, teh is very weak and the hot dishes were cold, especially the hash browns. Overall a present stay.

A tired looking resort propped up by its staff

This hotel feels like stepping back in time to the 1990s. It is tired and outdated. The staff and service levels are excellent, and the facilities are decent, but the hotel cannot exist purely on the excellence of its people. If you just need to chill out for a day or two, then it should fit the bill but I wouldn't be looking to stay any longer than that, if I were you.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Grand Lexis Hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the attention and friendliness towards our children were incredible. The staff went out of their way to make sure our kids felt right at home. They even received a special welcome package, and everywhere we went, they were greeted with a smile. The family-friendly facilities at the hotel are top-notch. The private pools were a wonderful bonus, allowing us to enjoy time with our kids in complete privacy and relaxation. There were plenty of activities for the children, from play areas to organized games and workshops. The staff made sure our kids always had something fun to do and were enjoying themselves. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with excellent amenities. The entire hotel exuded luxury and comfort while maintaining a relaxed, family-friendly atmosphere. In short, Grand Lexis Hotel is the perfect destination for families with children. We felt incredibly welcomed, and our kids had the time of their lives. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is beautiful, and the room is clean, spacious, and equipped with everything one might need. However, there is a major issue with the excessive noise coming from the air conditioner and the fan inside the room. Personally, I wasn’t able to sleep even after reducing the AC airflow to the lowest level, as the noise remained very loud. I also couldn’t turn off the AC and use the fan only, because the fan itself was extremely loud and disturbing. Additionally, the pool water is very cold, and with the rain and chilly weather, swimming in the private pool becomes impractical due to the low temperature. The pool definitely needs water heating. The hotel is quite old, and I believe most of the rooms need their air-conditioning units to be upgraded, as both the indoor and outdoor units produce an unbearable level of noise.

The location of the place was fantastic. My son came across nails floating in the private room pool. Room floor was not cleaned there was fair bit of hair on the floor and the shower. Other than that the staff was excellent. In the night we requested for some mosquito repellent and was provided in no time.
