The pub itself is nice, the food at breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly. Unfortunately the room itself let down the experience. There was an awful smell of drains coming out of the bathroom, even with the toilet lid closed and door shut. We left the extractor fan on all night and had a window open most of the time because the smell was so disgusting. The rooms look tired. While everything looked clean in general, I did notice the bathroom had a few spots which looked like they needed replacing or had buildups of limescale-type stuff. The shower wasn't good - very little pressure and even at the highest temperature it wasn't very hot. I'd maybe return for food, but I probably wouldn't stay here again.

The room was fine and the pub and staff nice, but I would avoid booking if ‘Room4’ were the only option. There is a loud and constant fan/motor noise coming from just outside the room that was impossible to block out even even with earplugs and I barely slept. Room was clean but kettle was broken. Water pressure very slight and shower head fell off the wall if angled so you could get underneath it.

Good location near St. Pancras Station for the Eurostar. Fun being on top of a pub, great pub, beer, food and service with live music at times. But the room was tiny, hard to even move around, and desperately needs updating.

Fairly basic rooms but all was clean and amenities were good in the room, plenty of tea and coffee and toiletries. Room was quite cold but there was an electric heater which could be used. Breakfast was included which was a great bonus and it was very good. Location excellent for being near Euston and King’s Cross.

The linens and pillows were high quality. The bathroom was spotlessly clean. The staff was helpful from allowing bag drop-off to preparing a sack breakfast as we had to leave before the breakfast hours.

The Harrison is a real find !

The Harrison was a real find ! The welcome was friendly, and we had a delightful young woman serve us breakfast. It was factors like comfortable bed and bedding, decent toilet paper , fairtrade teas and a book shelf on the stairs and a striking quirky mural that made it a delight to stay there. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for very competitively priced accomodation with breakfast included.

Staying above a local pub in Central London is such a fun experience. Super personable, great food, and you only need to walk downstairs to be in a neighborhood watering hole!

We enjoyed our stay. It was a great location within an easy walk of the Kings Cross/St. Pancras station, even with large travel suitcases. The room was nice, simple, clean. The breakfast and dinner were both fantastic.

Very good accommodation, on a quiet street. The room was more functional than many of the newer hotels we have stayed in. The full English served in the bar (also available in-room) was very tasty. Excellent central location for transit and train links. Staff were lovely too!

This was a surprising find. We booked it for a one night layover. It was "off the beaten path" and a bit of a hike from the train station (with luggage). Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. Dinner and breakfast was very good. The biggest surprise was that the Harrison has an entertainment venue in the basement (comedy the evening we were there). I recommend this place.
