北池袋交通很方便，走路三五分钟穿越一个铁路闸口就是地铁/铁路，我们后续的行程是去箱根，从这里去新宿站特别方便。附近有便利店，300米外有超市。 周围夜晚也很安静，清晨会看到一些早起遛狗的居民，很有生活的气息。 房子清洁度没问题，不过似乎只有洗衣机但没有配备洗衣粉？后来我们去便利店临时买了一个。 需要注意的地方是电梯里霉味确实挺大的，其他都很好。
