Comfy and clean hotel with excellent food and pool

Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!

Generelt fint hotel. Lækker placering ved vandet og med god pool. Desværre var det dårligt vejr. Fitness rummet ligger ret langt væk, så ha en lommelygte med, hvis det er mørkt. Vejen er meget dårligt belyst. Ellers fint fitness rum. Rengøringen på værelset var ikke så god. Det var meget forskelligt hvilke og hvor mange/få håndklæder man fik. På trods af de tog de beskidte, men fik aldrig det samme antal igen.

Disappointing

Lack of amenities, beach wasnt great & no water equipment available. Tennis court not in use. No information for excursions or things to do. Hotel entertainment chaotic - nkt able to book, told it would be a buffet & turned out a la carte & entertainers were hotel staff. No hot water first day & showering after that was dangerous due to water temp vsrying between cold & scalding - actually dangerous for children. Service & staff were lovely & food also very good but overall not what i expect from a resort & pretty disappointed.

Hotellet er fint til et kort ophold ved lufthavnen. Poolen var god og værelset ok, selvom rengøringen kunne være bedre. Vi opleve de absolut dyreste priser på mad og drikke her på hotellet og der er intet at købe i nærheden. En sodavand kostede dobbelt så meget her som på andre hoteller. Godt vi kunne havde en enkelt dag her.

This resort is beautiful, the common areas, beach and pool are beautiful and tropical themed. We do wish there was more options of things to do that could have been achieved with very little investment. For example snorkelling gear/kayak or paddle board that could be rented onsite and some free activities even 1 daily for example morning yoga, water arobics. It is a great place to stay but hopefully someone from the hotel sees this and considers for future stayers to enhance the experience further like what they have at the Sheraton tokiriki in Fiji has.

Wouldn't go again

Wouldn't go again. We arrived at around 2 20. Room wasn't ready til 3 supposedly. They have loads rooms and it seemed very quiet so I'm sure there was a room ready somewhere! Then we were put in a room in the 600 building which is miles away from restaurant/ pool etc. Wee had to talk to reception about a number of things.. they were fixed quickly. But still annoying! Food was below average and over priced. (Don't order the nachos) cocktails were average also. No nice ones and what they did have were 45 tala. The beach there was sludgy underfoot. The bed was comfy and the wifi good. That was about all that was good in our three night stay.

Does not meet expectations for a Sheraton property

This hotel does not meet my expectations for a Sheraton property. It may be time for Sheraton HQ to either improve it or remove the Sheraton sign here. The bathroom was incredibly dirty, likely not cleaned properly for months or even years. While the staff is friendly, they are extremely disorganized and forget things all the time. If you decide to stay at this hotel, keep your expectations in check.

This resort was closed for over a year recently for renovation, hard to see what’s been done , must have been mainly behind the scenes. Most staff very friendly but sometimes requests take a while to happen. There are no shops in the vicinity for any basics so be prepared before you go. Litter is a problem, not a lot around but enough to annoy , no one employed to look after this issue . Breakfast is good (all you can eat) but not excellent
