Great place to enjoy Mexico City!

Staff service was great, specially security guard Karina. Great location. We felt safe all the time (in and outside). There are plenty of restaurante and coffee shops around. If you are staying in the rooms 103 or 105 you might hear noise from the restaurant below, but in the other floors noise is tolerable. Breakfast was small but of a very good quality. We will definitely book again.

Exactly as photos. Great location and tight security. Surrounded by cafes and restaurants all next door or an easy and safe walk. Very cool Spanish Boho neighborhood. Will def stay again

Likes: Really liked the location-safe and quiet. There's security gate and guard. The vibe is wonderful. Walkable to many restaurants.The reception staff was polite and efficient. Dislikes:Housekeeping was subpar. Cleanliness was ok. Had to ask to restock toiletries several times ( bath mat taken twice and not replaced). They did respond quickly upon request, though

Interior design of the room was cool and high end. Nice surprise with a bottle of wine. TV and internet worked perfectly. Surrounding area is very nice and convenient. There is a multiple page lease that you have to sign, there is an English translation. I just signed it and hoped for the best, we joked that maybe I own it now! Staff are not all fluent in English like they might be in a hotel, but wasn’t an issue.

The staff at 134 were friendly and helpful. They assisted us with check in/out, navigating the building and even paid for our taxi (without hesitation) because we didn't have the right form of money. The only downside is the windows are not sound proof (we were on second floor) and therefore evening traffic was easily heard in our apartment. We would definitely stay again! Thanks!

La Licenciada …

Upon arrival we were surprised to find that our suite had not been properly cleaned from the previous guest. The towels in the bathroom were folded but were actually wet and smelled recently used. The sink was also quite dirty and had hair from the previous guest. I want to hope the sheets were changed because in the five days there they were not for us. We had to ask more than once for toilet paper which was never delivered to the room -the house keeper forgot or did not get the supplies before leaving- as each time we asked she said the “licenciada” was supposed to get them but had not. The Licenciada which I imagine was the lady at the front would arrive and be either in conversation with the lady security or on her phone. This was each time we left or came into the building. When we noticed that the items we asked for (toilet paper, towels, paper towels ) had not been delivered to the room by the evening, we would go down to the Licenciada and ask her but she always treated us like we were putting her out. We decided to just buy our own at the Oxxo down the street. We did not bother after day three to ask for the sheets to be changed because the young housekeeper would just forget and make an excuse- the laundry wasn't dry was the common one for towels and bedding but no one followed up after her. Each time we entered or exited the building we saw the Licenciada & lady guard at the front desk head down on their phones or talking. She was to busy scrolling to follow up.

I stayed in their studio apartment. The staff was amazingly friendly and accommodating. The location is perfect with a bodega & 3 coffee shops on the block(if you count the Starbucks at the hospital), along with 2 restaurants & an ice cream place. The only things i would change would be... give the customer hand towels., we received 2 bath towels & 1 washcloth, that was it...no hand towels at all. Buy some ceiling to floor blackout curtains, it will help with the noise and of course block the light. Other things I had issues with were just the design of the place, the bathroom needs a pocket door, not a regular door. They have this little bar area with 4 kitchen appliances, but no electrical plug, so you have to bring what you want to use over to the kitchen area where there is a plug.
