I recently stayed at the Luna Guest House and had an exceptional experience, largely thanks to the amazing staff. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything you need just a short walk away, including the train stations. This made navigating the city very easy.

Condition as pictures, 24 hours concierge, room is very clean and quite big. There are 2 tables in sitting area which can sit for food, microware and fridge available. located in the middle of the 2 attractions, about 10 minutes walk to the old town area and 10 minutes to Trinidade where trains to the airport. Our room faced the ‘main road’ very noisy and on Friday night the bar across the road had very loud music - it felt like we were there Staff was helpful with directions but were not very engaging. We had to ask for coat hangers as there were none in the cupboard and we had to dry wet clothes as it rained every day we were there The water pressure was ok - but bathroom was very tight and the floor took ages to dry, also little hanging space for towels

We had someone banging on our door from midnight to 12:30 saying housekeeping. We were terrified. The door to the hotel from the street is always open. We called the front desk and a man answered saying he heard things in our room and was concerned but we were completely asleep. We never figured out if someone broke in or if the front desk person banged on our door. Either way we were terrified and do not feel safe.

Talo on vanha, mutta remonttia on tehty. Huoneemme oli sisäpihan puolelle, mikä oli jyvä sillä liikenne ei kuulunut. Lattiat olivat todella vinot ja viettivät toiselle seinälle. Suihkuhuone oli iso ja vesikalusteet toimivat. Parvekkeemme oli lasitettu, mutta niitä ei saanut kunnolla kiinni ja myrskytuuli aukaisi yöllä monta kertaa parvekeovemme tuulen voimasta.

Le personnel fut très agréable durant notre séjour. Notre avion atterrissant le matin de bonne heure, nous avons pu ensuite sans souci déposer nos bagages avant 9h le matin et profiter de notre journée. Le jour de notre départ, nous avons également pu laisser nos bagages pour profiter pleinement de notre dernière journée dans le centre de Porto. Notre chambre donnant sur cour était situé dans un environnement calme, nous n'avons pas constaté de nuisances sonores venant de l'extérieur ou provenant de nos voisins de chambre. Le matelas n'était pas très confortable, on ressent un peu les ressorts. Mais nous avons malgré tout relativement bien dormi. L'hôtel est très bien situé dans le centre de Porto, sur la partie haute de la ville.
