Property is excellent value for the price. Location 1 block off central beach, rooms are clean and comfortable and service was top notch. Property conditions are a tad tired and unfortunately the bar isn't open daily nor managed effectively. Still an excellent value.

We have stayed in this group of hotels before and it was descent. This was the same and I like that you can use amenities at sister properties to change scenery. They did charge to get into the room before check in which seemed like nickel and diming thr customer since they had the room and it was already clean, so that was odd.

The room smelled musty and damp although we figured it was just the south Florida humidity and decided not to ask for a different room. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool outside of our room was riddled with children the entire day and someone brought their own music which was loud and annoying. Being two adults on a kid free trip we went to the main pool by the bar and it was much more peaceful. The food was quite good and all in all we had a good stay.
