The experience staying this hotel was brought to a higher level after i retrieved my wallet, which was left during my check-out. I drove 1h away from the hotel since my wallet was missing. When I drove back to the hotel, the warm-hearted receptionist welcomed me with the wallet in her hand already! What an angel 😇 Highly recommend this hotel for not only great atmosphere of traditional German decor, but also variety of breakfast & real nice dinner in the Restaurant. Staff are amazing warm-hearted with big thumbs up!!!

Sehr schönes Zimmer, superfreundliches Personal, wir wurden rund um gut versorgt. Der SPA-Bereich ist sehr gemütlich, leider ist das Schwimmbad nicht sehr schön. Ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus (mitten in der Stadt). Das Zimmer war etwas "altbacken" vom Stil her. Das Personal war supernett. Frühstück lecker. Das Restaurant wirkte auf mich etwas steif, so das ich ein Abendessen außer Haus vorzog.
