Standard business hotel in poor location

This is a standard business hotel. Poor location and neighborhood, not close to restaurant, very little walkability. Good staff. The facilities are average. Lighting in rooms is poor. Lamp did not work. Internet difficult to access. Ovrall very average hotel although the staff is very good and rooms are clean.

Looks like the cleaning staff helped themselves to my luggage and stole my shoes. After I complained to the front desk, they completely blew me off. I highly encourage anyone staying here to lock there luggage or use the safe if possible. Thievery is rampant here. No one is taking responsibility here. You have been warned.

No se pudo usar la reserva por una incapacidad medica y no fue posible que entre hoteles .com y el hotel dieran una respuesta real, hoteles.com decían que no devolvían o abonaban a una reserva futura porque el hotel no autorizaba, el hotel autorizo me copia el email a mi y hoteles.com nunca dio respuesta, llevo años usando la plataforma , entiendo claramente las políticas d reserva pero hay momentos de temas médicos que impiden viajar y es cuando vale la pena evaluar esas solicitas, quede decepcionado de la respuesta y la dificultad d comunicarse con alguien por teléfono que permitiera explicar a hoteles.com la situación clínica de incapacidad
