Room was average- 2 bed female dorm. The staff was nice. I didn’t like the bathroom situation because it was always clogged and the outside would get wet. The bed was comfortable but I hated that they didn’t change the blankets after each guest. The location is perfect for exploring Sydney, I walked almost everywhere. Check in guy was nice, the room was hot and I learned from my roommate after I left that the AC started working after I left. There was a constant banging sound that I have no idea where it was coming from all hours of the day and late into the night. I told the room service person that I didn't want the room cleaned, and she shoved the door open and put a door holder then proceeded to vaccuum and start to clean the bathroom before finally agreeing to leave and stop cleaning when I requested no house cleaning service.
