We arrived in Sapa early after the transfer from Loa Cai train station. We were going to check or bags, the receptionist upgraded our room and checked us in. She was amazing. The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square. Luxurious but not over the top. The entire staff is friendly. Tea service was brought up when we came back from exploring. 5 stars is not enough.

This hotel has a fantastic location with a great view over the valley. We were upgraded to a beautiful room with a panoramic view. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have a restaurant overlooking the valley. The food is absolutely fantastic, the best we could find anywhere in Sapa. The very best Pho in town. One evening, when the restaurant was closed, the staff cooked up a storm for us with the most delicious food. Be highly recommend this hotel for your next stay in Sapa.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered breathtaking views of the mountains—waking up to that scenery was truly unforgettable. The location is also perfect: close enough to the town center for convenience, but still peaceful and quiet for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and well-prepared. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional service—every staff member went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. Overall, Sapa Horizon Hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again!
