Bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large. Hotel has an unusual layout and has some quirks here and there. Receptionists were really helpful. The road it's on isn't the nicest but it's close to a metro station and to several major tourist points of interest.

I loved my stay here. The location was convenient, a 15 min walk to the main area. The room was beautifully presented and clean and coming into an air-conditioned room was fantastic after a very hot day of sightseeing. The staff were also lovely, I would stay here again in the future.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel : personnel très accueillant, chambre très spacieuse et propre, le petit déjeuner est également très bien par rapport au rapport qualité/prix. La localisation est elle aussi bien : il faut compter 15/20 minutes à pied pour aller à la Grand Place ce qui se fait très bien car pour y aller on passe par des rues très chouettes. Je recommande vivement.

It's a hotel under construction, lots of dust and tons of art work all over the place, but not hung up. A very kind staff and the breakfast was next level! Good and easy location! Easy access to everything!

Tout le personnel est d'une extrême gentillesse. Un accueil au top avec une mise à disposition gratuite d'eau fraîche, thé, café.... Les chambres sont propres comme le reste de l'hôtel, et la literie est excellente. L'hôtel est calme, et bien situé par rapport aux visites à effectuer à Bruxelles. Je le recommande fortement.
