The room was dated but clean. We had spiders in our room. I was fine w it because my bf killed them. If I was alone , it would have been more difficult. If you want a reasonably priced placed to stay, clean, w beautiful views, this is a perfect place.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Was very disappointed upon arriving to my contactless check in at M22 inn. Firstly I thought the check in was odd that our room was unlocked and our key was placed inside, meaning anyone could just get in the room. Second we were met with a musty smell throughout the room. The room had obviously not been touched for who knows how long as there were cobwebs in the corners, spiders, moths, and other crawling insects. The shower looked crummy and unclean. And everything looked like it hadn’t been updated since it was built in the 50s. We weren’t expecting much but a clean space and a rustic vibe but it turned out to be much worse. Upon contacting the Expedia team, they weren’t able to get in touch with the M22 staff until they conveniently waited till after check out to deny our refund. The M22 staff doesn’t care about anything but a paycheck. How can you share the name of such an iconic, beautiful route and be so ghetto and disappointing? I blame both the Expedia team and M22 for this experience. Expedia cannot advertise this place with such good reviews knowing the horrors of what this property actually is.

Our room was spacious with a beautiful view of the water. The only issue with the room that I didn’t consider was the noise from the traffic . Otherwise everything was very clean and we had everything we needed. We were very happy with our stay and the employee that helped us accommodated us with an upgrade . We will be back!

I think the place was decent for a couple of nights but overpriced. The location was awesome but the owners should do some work to clean up the outside areas to make it more inviting. There is so much dirt outside which gets tracked into the unit and the floor gets covered with dirt as there isn’t anything to wipe your feet when you walk into the unit.

Convenient and accessible

Loved the contactless check-in/check-out! Exactly what we needed for the tail end of our trip--just a comfortable bed in a clean room near everything we wanted to see! Plenty of space for everything we'd accumulated and super easy to get to!

Bait and Switch

They are doing the classic bait and switch; we were looking for a room with a kitchenette, we had a written confirmation for room #2, only rooms 1-5 have kitchenetts. Upon arrival they swicthed us to #13 W/O a kitchen. When we complained they said they couldn't do anything about it because they were full. They went onto say that there seems to be some confusion because this has happened at least six times this season.

No service or amenities. Average quality

Their checkin process basically just sent you a text and told you what room to go to. They sent us to an occupied room which was awkward to say the least. Nobody at the office it's all done by text with zero service. Room was ok clean but small bathrooms, no cups for coffee maker and no ability to get that or ice or absolutely anything. Is not a place I'll return to.

The grounds were not well kept. The doors to the rooms were full of bugs and spiders. The lawn was not mowed. The room and bathroom was clean. It was quiet. No ice machine.

Old motel charging resort like rates.No one on site.Needed clean towels and didn't get them for two hours.This is a $60 motel at best.Sink barely drained.Toilet ran unless I jiggled the handle. This place should be leveled and a nice new quality hotel built. Great location.

Cozy Location

Room was up-to-date, clean & comfy. Great location for meandering around the pinky peninsulas’. Would be great to see the Grounds/Landscaping refreshed. It was the only part that looked to need some new TLC.
