We have stayed here 4 or 5 times and each time the standards have dropped. Cleanliness is an issue. Rooms are dusty and the Rom we were allocated had a dirty glass left on a shelf. We reported it and the room was upgraded. Attention to detail is needed, the showers are grimy and full of limescale around the shower doors. This used to be a great place to stay but I would think twice about going back unless things change. This feedback is written in order off it to be constructive and in the hope they will act.
