Avoid

Travelled from Birmingham with my 2 young children, was supposed to be staying there for 2 nights but on arrival it was closed up. Waited 20 minutes and i then realised nobody was there. Stranded with 2 children no knowing where to go i headed off to look for somewhere to stay for the night. This made our whole experience horrible and very stressful. In the end i only ended up staying in london for 1 night and had to pay for another train ticket to get back home. I would never book with this hotel again.

2 Non è il massimo ma... Recensione di Haven Hotel Recensione in attesa di approvazione Siamo stati a Londra per capodanno famiglia 4 persone 2 adulti più 2 bambini Prenotato a settembre all’ Haven per il prezzo soprattutto e posizione Al nostro arrivo 31/12 sera verso le 21 camera pronta , personale che parla italiano , ci viene comunicato che la nostra Camera familiare è nel seminterrato. Camera molto piccola vicino all cucina dove si fa colazione. Non è il massimo i letti sono ai lati di una stanza dove si passa in mezzo per andare in bagno. Non c’è spazio per valigie ecc... Problema più grande è che se vi danno fastidio gli odori , non riuscirete a fare colazione perchè la puzza di fritto di innonderà . Al terzo giorno ci viene detto che ci verrà cambiata la camera. In effetti la camera Al piano terra è leggermente più grande . La posizione dell’hotel è eccellente , vicino fermata metro ed abbiamo anche preso il bus subito fuori hotel per andare ad Oxford Street quindi in centro. Mac Donalds e Starbucks vicinissimi . Se non avete grosse pretese può andare ma non aspettatevi il massimo . Ps : acqua calda , macchinetta del the in camera , colazione puzzolente ma abbondante ( bacon uova fagioli). bevande calde tutto self service Spero di esservi stato utile

Londres precioso.. el hotel solo lo utilizamos para dormir el personal muy amable y el desayuno exquisito.. lo puntúo normal en todo .. aunque podría mejorar en todo pero era un poco antiguo igual es difícil esas mejoras.

Beliggenheden var ok, lå i et dejligt kvarter dog ud til trafikeret vej. Personalet var utrolig servicemindet og hjælpsomme, men hotellet trænger i den grad til en gennemgribende renovering.

Check in was quick and easy and the person was very friendly. The room was clean and tidy and had everything i needed or would have expected. Unfortunately the window had been left open fully which meant the room was freezing and took a while to warm up on such a cold day

Sentralt, men trangt

Vi valgte Haven Hotell grunnet at hotellet lå sentralt og til en rimelig penge. Dette er et lite hotel med små rom. Vi hadde et tremannsrom, med tre enkeltsanger. Vi fikk nye håndklær hver dag, i tillegg til at de redde opp sengen. Minus var at dynen vi fikk var et laken. Størrelsen på rommet er veldig lite, og de har ikke noe særlig skapplass til å henge opp klær. Hotellet er også ganske lytt. Oppholdet funket grunnet at vi hadde veldig lave forventninger fra før av og at vi prøvde å tilbringe så lite tid på rommet som mulig. Vi prøvde ikke frokosten. Generelt sett var renhold bra, men de tømte ikke søppelkassen på rommet vårt til tross for at den var helt full. Alt i alt et helt ok hotell. Mye som kunne vært pusset opp og vært bedre, men med lave forventninger fra før av gikk det fint 👍

Utslitt hotel.

Utslitte rom, møkkete rom trenger virkelig oppdatering dette hotellet. Lekker vann i taket på soverommet, svær sprekk i taket. Eneste som var ok var frokosten.

I mean...never come back

thinking about a 1-star hotel is perfect.... but It isn't. Dirty wall, they don't change our sheets in 4 night. the concierge (women) was the last pretty think. I mean It's so expensive for the service that offers. If you know all these bad aspects ... You can start your journey quiet 'cause is so near the bus stops and Edgware Road/Paddington tube station and to Hyde park too. Good luck.

The service was ok in my room the toilet seat was broken shower head was glogged with limescale not much hot water my blanket was stained bed frame was flimsy and I didn’t like having to leave my hotel key at the desk when I went out my son ordered a continental breakfast and was given a boiled egg and cheese sticks not worth £200 for 2 nights
