I was not ready to leave.

Beautiful hotel with exceptional customer service and views. They arranged for massages in our room, one night was so cold we wanted some soup and they called around to the different restaurants and found us some soup. Way to go above and beyond. Delicious breakfast, beautiful views, lots of vineyards near by. The one bad thing is the parking lot, if it's been raining expect lots of clay like mud everywhere. We had to clean our shoes every night. Other than that is a 10 out of 10. Can't wait to go back. Thank you everyone for an amazing experience.

Excelente opção no Colchagua

Adorei o hotel!! Quarto excelente, amplo, com um banheiro lindo e funcional. Decoração clássica mas com utensílios modernos como aquecedor e TV novos! Café da manhã ótimo, funcionários muito atenciosos. A vista do quarto pro vinhedo é linda e a piscina da todo um charme a mais. Adorei, recomendo e voltaria! A região do hotel também é cheia de restaurantes bons pra jantar!

We were greeted by Rosita who was the most lovely hostess ever. She had our rooms ready early and adjusted to our requests. She ALSO made a Dr appointment for one of our party at a great local clinic. AND she let me park my car there for a few days while we made our trip to ski in Chillan. Rosita went over and above our expected hospitality. And her English was amazing. We WILL be back.

Foi minha segunda vez neste hotel. A primeira vez ficamos encantados com o hotel, mas desta vez sentimos falta de cuidado com o local, com luminárias sujas e instalações que precisam de mais cuidado. O hotel continua bom, a localização é ótima e bem próximo a vários restaurantes excelentes. A vista é muito linda, tanto para a cordilheira como também para os vinhedos. O café da manhã piorou também e deixou de ser ótimo para razoável.

Situated in the middle of wineries, away from the hustle bustle - TerraVina is a beautiful property with rooms with a balcony facing the Andes. There is a terrific winery just a 5 to 8 minute walk and three restaurants within 5 minutes, one located directly within the property.

Okay but pool was closed

Terravina is a lovely destination but the pool is such a big selling point and was closed throughout our stay. Hotel didn’t tell us and when we asked the hotel about it they simply said it would be closed the entire time. Have been to other hotels where they at least warn you the pool is closed before you arrive but to charge the full price, not tell us and then act like it isn’t an issue when it’s a main selling point for the hotel, not okay!

A must stay in Santa Cruz!

Beautiful boutique hotel next to a winery in the heart of the Colchagua Valley. The service was excellent from check-in to check-out. They arranged same day winery tours and horseback riding for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Great laundry service and too. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer!

A lovely property close to town and walkable to at least one vineyard. The property managers & staff were extremely professional and kind, helping us come up with a plan when we arrived during a municipal election & everything was closed. It felt like staying in a charming old villa, but with hot water, cozy beds, and a fabulous breakfast spread. It’s well-maintained, not recently remodeled to look like a chain hotel, if that makes sense. Sitting in the courtyard overlooking the vineyard with my morning coffee & a million songbirds was just dreamy. Don’t miss the adjacent restaurant, it was one of the best meals we had in the area.

Ruhiges Hotel innerhalb eines Weingutes Sauberes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und Blick auf die Weinstöcke. Frühstück umfangreich und lecker. Leider wurde für einen Nachmittagstee/kaffee, den man sich selbst machen durfte, umgerechnet EUR 1,- berechnet. Schade, sollte bei der Klasse und dem Preis eigentlich inklusive sein.

Uma estadia de paz dentro das vinhas

O lugar é lindo, uma paz total. O hotel lembra um casarāo antigo, mas com tudo em muito bom estado e conforto. Não tem luxo, o estilo é rústico, mas eu e minha esposa adoramos. O café da manhã tem boas opções e comida bem fresca e gostosa. O hotel é confortável com um ótimo custo benefício. É muito próximo às vinícolas (inclusive a Laura Hartwig da para ir a pé), tem 3 restaurantes muito bons próximos e 1 restaurante no hotel que não achei da mesma qualidade, mas é ok (dica: o Vino Bello é maravilhoso e fica a 500 metros). O atendimento é otimo e com muita cordialidade. Voltaria facil!!

No check in o rapaz que nos atendeu foi extremamente frio nenhuma generosidade ou atenção. Não demonstrou nenhum tipo de acolhimento, não deu informações sobre o hotel somente falou sobre café da manhã Foi decepcionante já que a proposta seria estar hospedado numa vinícola. O que de fato não significa nada. Não há qualquer referência ou uso do espaço. Só a visão da janela. No café da manhã a equipe foi prestativa e atenciosa, trabalhando da melhor forma possível.

Um bom hotel para veraneio

O hotel é bonito o quarto tem bom tamanho e o atendimento é muito bom. Porém, o tamanho do box de banho é minúsculo e ainda não tem vidro e sim uma cortina que a barra gruda nas suas parnas, trasnformando a experiênvcia do banho ruim. As opções do café eram boas, porém sempre as mesmas. Para nós brasileiros, faltou mamão e pão de queijo, por exemplo.

Peaceful and wonderful stay.

I absolutely loved this hotel. It was so peaceful and calm. The mattress was lovely and I had the best night’s sleep. Although I came in winter time so the vines weren’t in fruit, it was still nice to see how the estate would look when it warms up, and the backdrop with the mountains behind was gorgeous. The food in the restaurant was beautiful. And the Sommelier keen to advise me on which wines would complement my meal that evening. The hotel helped me organise excursions such as a wine tour of some local vineyards and horse riding, and were very patient with me when I stumbled over my Spanish. Travelling solo, the staff were extra kind to make sure I was ok, and one waitress in particular at breakfast was very sweet. I will absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone, as I had such a lovely stay.
