8/10 Very good

Very friendly, helpful staff. Our Queen room on the bijou size but well equipped, apart from a lack of lighting on one side of the bed. A side light & reading light on one side but nothing on the other. Breakfast was excellent with good continental choice and an interesting variety of cooked to order choices. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent value for money. Perfect location. Ideal for a 1 or 2 night stay. Little hanging space for clothes and no cupboards or drawers in the bedroom are the downsides

Breakfast menu was great albeit a little confusing and not detailed enough but the food was actually really really delicious. Staff were very attentive, and welcoming. The atmosphere was excellent. Nando’s next door and Waitrose just around the corner. Beds were super comf

New hotel, rooms were excellent. Small, but nicely decorated. New technology, easy streaming and usb-c sockets. Staff felt young and not personal, but was ok. Did not try any food.

8/10 Very good

Staff were really friendly, allowing us to check in early and looking after our bags after we’d checked out. When we popped back in and out of the hotel during our stay they regularly checked that everything was okay with the rooms or if we needed anything. The room was cosy with all the amenities we needed. Well decorated, clean, cosy and in a great location about a 5 minute walk from the nearest tube station.

The property is in a great location - a few minutes walk to two metro stations. There are plenty of restaurants and shops around. The property itself is really nice, very cool modern decor. Our room had issues with the AC unit, so the heat did not work the first night we were there. The staff tried to address it when we brought it up to them. Overall, it was a good stay.

Lovely little room, it was in the basement which I didnt love, but it certainly was cosy and beautifully decorated and clean. There was a really annoying light that I couldnt turn off in the fridge/tea area it shone right in the eyes at pillow level

Great rooms, a bit small but everything you need. Clean. Great location on Kensington High Street and close to Olympia Expo. Although make sure you get a detailed receipt for breakfast each morning as you only get it as a lump sum at check out. Ours was clearly wrong but there was no way to check what was charged.

This has become my favorite hotel when I’m in London. I love the retro glam decorating scheme, the beds and linens are very comfortable. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. Being on High Street in Kensington, it could be noisy but they have excellent soundproof windows. We never heard any traffic noise even with a room facing High Street. Only a 10 min walk to the tube station (High St Kensington) and many stores nearby if you need anything practical (Boots, Tesco minimart, electronics) and restaurants. Walking distance to Kensington Park. They have a cozy breakfast area - the hot breakfast entrees are very good. I found the continental breakfast buffet offering a bit lackluster. It could be improved. On travel days, it’s the only early morning option bc the cafes nearby don’t open until 8 or 8:30 am.

8/10 Very good

The hotel is in a great location and reasonably priced, especially when considering where it is. The staff were all really nice and genuinely seemed to care. I would stay in the hotel again. Yo provide true balance to this review it's important to note that there were some issues with the room though: There were 3 eftover takeaway containers left in the fridge. The heating is rather hit and miss - for example, the bathroom was either ridiculously hot or cold. A light came on of its own accord at 5am.

8/10 Very good

All the staff we encountered were polite and helpful. The “Grand” queen rooms compact and I believe only a couple bed. Bed and Room were very comfortable. Main window had a perfect blackout curtain but very long side window only had a blind which just covered the window and had a constant glow around it all night. The bathroom was beautifully decorated and everything worked well. Only exception was the towel rail which was permanently only full and made the whole main room very hot. Luckily I’m a cold person but my partner did struggle with the heat. Also a strange smell which smelt like smoke. Overall I would stay again but would pay more attention to the things mentioned and inform reception earlier. Great location for exploring as close to tube.

8/10 Very good

We had a 2 night stay at this lovely, new hotel. Very clean, beds wonderfully comfortable. Pillows a bit hard so a choice of pillow would have been better. Checking in was a bit of an ordeal, system issues and language barrier. I understand systems can be challenging at times but there was no customer care, I did not feel welcome, made to feel it was my fault. took my phone off me to check my booking but scrolling through it, which disturbed me. The only time staff were nice was when we were leaving. Need to do better. Room small but worked well with appropriate furniture. Shower - power was lacking, looked great but disappointing. Good area, with short walk to the tube. Overall, yes I would stay again but customer service needs to improve.

Enjoyable stay - we had booked the queen room for 1 night, the room was smaller than expected with one of us having to squeeze between the bed and wall to get in one side. Good location with a tube station just 7 minutes walk away. The hotel is fairly new with a classy, modern feel.

It’s a nice hotel in a good location- don’t expect a big room if you’re a solo traveller. The shower was great but the sink is impossibly small. I would stay there again but can’t say I loved the place.
