Kann leider keine gute Bewertung schreiben!

Das erste Zimmer mussten wir wechseln, im zweiten Zimmer war dann der Toilettensitz nicht fest, eine Fensterscheibe gerissen - so dass der Fenstergriff fehlte und man das Fenster nicht öffnen konnte , zum Glück gab es ein zweites Fenster , allerdings war es so warm im Zimmer das man sich die zweite Seite ebenfalls gewünscht hätte. Wollten dann aber nicht noch einmal wechseln, das Fernsehen hatte nicht alle Programme ...ein 4* Haus ist es in unseren Augen absolut nicht gewesen. Das Bett war bequem und es war sauber. Beim Frühstück fehlte auch nichts. ...an der Rezeption haben wir beim Checkout mitgeteilt was im Zimmer nicht in Ordnung war- haben daraufhin eine Email Adresse bekommen, und zur Antwort kam dann nur das es Ihnen sehr leid tut.

Ordentliches Hotel zum guten Preis

An manchen Stellen sieht man, dass das Hotel ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist, jedoch wird gerade ordentlich renoviert. Leider habe ich den Eindruck, dass das Personal am Empfang nicht besonders fit ist, es hat doch recht lange gedauert mit dem Check-in. Meine Empfehlung wäre sowohl ein- als auch auschecken online zu machen, das funktioniert relativ gut.

Der Rezeptionist beim Check-In war - gelinde gesagt - gewöhnungsbedürftig, hat uns erst einmal 10 Minuten warten lassen, vielleicht um eine Zigarettenpause zu machen. Für einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage, deren Zufahrt einer unordentlichen u. gefährlichen Baustelle entsprach, wollte er 14 € extra berechnen. Als wir dies ablehnten, merkte er an, dass wir auch gerne stornieren und in ein anderes Hotel gehen können. Ein Parkplatz ist bei anderen Hotels in DO inkludiert.
