The staffs are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new with beautiful interior design and decoration. On last day the staff support me of calling taxi, also and he even accompany me to the meeting point with taxi driver, prevent me from scamming by random driver with high prices.

Riad lindo, muito bem decorado e muito bem cuidado. Um staf enorme e muito atencioso. O quarto foi grande e espaçoso, mas é simples. A janela é virada para o corredor, de forma que temos que deixar as cortinas sempre fechadas. Mas acho que isso é uma caractetistica dos riads. Foi uma boa experiência de hospedagem em Marrakech.

Franchement une horreur! Chambre placard avec tapis sales, rien d’un palais! Repas mauvais, le spa abdolument incompetentes! Personne nest formé au massage! Affreux moment ! Letablissement pas tarrible du tout, pour avoir un café après le pztit dej, il faut attendre 11h le matin car ils n’ouvrent pas avant! Chambre bruyante, pas d’etageres, pas de télé, 3 cintres , marche treshaute pour aller a la sdb! Je deconseille fortement!!!

Our stay was, overall, excellent. The riad is beautiful, with very tasteful décor and a მშვიდ, relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and well equipped, and the common areas—especially the courtyard and the terrace—are perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the city. The staff deserve a special mention: always kind, attentive, and willing to help at all times. They made us feel very welcome from the very first day, and their warm, personal approach truly made a difference in our experience. As the only point worth noting, we had a minor external issue on the day of departure with the taxi pickup, which did not arrive as scheduled. Although we understand this was outside the accommodation’s control, it did cause some stress at the end of the trip. Despite this small detail, our experience was very positive, and we would definitely recommend this riad to anyone looking for a charming place, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere in Marrakech.

L'hôtel est propre dans l'ensemble et les parties communes sont trés jolies contrairement aux chambres où la décoration est quasi inexistante! Vraiment dommage... Cependant, il est très bien placé à quelques pas de la Médina. Le personnel est à la hauteur pour ce type d'hébergement.

Fabulous stay, was one night and much of the next day, wish it had been longer. The hamam experience was amazing, the jacuzzi that's included is like a small pool, and the massage was great- my sister and I went together and we're Turkish so we have a strong idea of what a hamam should be like and this was our best experience ever. The staff in every section of the hotel (reception, snack bar, etc.) were all very accommodating and friendly. The location is also super convenient for the suk, Jemaa el-Fnaa, various gardens and palaces. The snack bar by the pool makes really good stone-fired pizzas, fresh juices, etc. and was quite reasonable. Highly recommended it.

A first visit to Marrakech + Morocco and this was a wonderful Rhiad and a wonderful place to stay. As we couldn't check in until 3pm and our morning flight landed around 1030am we were able to leave our luggage and start our exploration of Marrakesh.Palais Moulay Said had previously arranged an airport transfer which was on time and communication was clear and efficient. were greeted by a member F staff, who took our bags and led Us into the Medina.Aftet flling out some paperwork We wete greeted qith Moroccon Tea biscuits lovely welcome. + We changed and left for our pre booked trip A taxi was offered but we declined and decided to walk into the Souks. Upon our evening return we were welcomed,given our room key breakfast timings were confidently explained as were Spa opening times and a price list also given. Our whole experience was wonderful, nothing too much trouble, from a coffee to our room,a spa appointment which was Hlammam and a massage,truly wonderful, highly recommend, To booking a return airport transfer and being escorted out of ine Medina to the car. .The sewage/drainage smell takes a little getting used too due to the old infalastrucure of the pipes,the sink cranks up quite a whiff! Running the water helps and closing the bathroom door

Le personnel est génial ! Le petit déjeuner est correct. En revanche les chambres… aucune intimité, murs/portes aussi fins qu’une feuille, lit très très dur… la nuit n’a malheureusement pas été de tout repos car nous avons passé la nuit à entendre les arrivées des un et des autres, les portes… très dommage car le lieu est magnifique, le personnel est d’une gentillesse !! Mais les chambres gâchent tout…

Superbe Riad avec personnel très professionnel & avec goût du service. Il faisait froid donc pas de piscine mais cela devrait être top quand il fait chaud. Petit déjeuner très varié avec un stand pour les oeufs (omelette/oeufs au plat/ à la demande): c'est top! J'aurai aimé avoir du jus d'orange frais (vu les orangers du Maroc) mais il y avait des morceaux d'orange à disposition. Vous pouvez également prendre les excursions les yeux fermés, les prestataires sont très sérieux. Testez le Hamman et le sauna: une expérience! Très proche de tout et surtout facilement accessible dans la médina (qd on arrive en taxi, il y a 500m à faire ce qui n'est pas le cas pour tous les Riads ;-)
