Bernina hotell

Jättenära tågstationen där vi åkte Bernina express. Incheckning senast 23:00 vilket var tur för oss. Väldigt bra frukost. Det enda var våningssängen som saknade täcken, vi klarade oss eftersom det var varmt. Wifi funkade inte för oss. Många restauranger och matbutiker i närheten.

Convenient location near station in immigrant neighborhood. Rewe grocery store on same block. Walking distance to Altstadt. Hotel had feel of hostel with private rooms. Our room for 4 was extremely spacious though. Condition was basic and somewhat aged but clean.

The staff was wonderful and the property was clean. The bedding and bed were comfortable. We did have minor issue with toilet continuously running and the shower would not drain. Only other note, we had a front facing room which was quite loud at night but then again, it was a very central and convenient location.

Hotel room didn’t have air conditioning and had a dirty carpet. Shower had mold and the toilet was leaking water constantly. We got only one key to the room and would have liked two keys. The area is not safe, many homeless people around. I don’t recommend to women travelling alone.

Wifi connection was not great in the room, no outlet next to the bed. Furniture was dirty and bathroom faucets need repair. I would feel much safer with an additional lock on the door only accessible from the inside, I was disappointed that this was not available.

Sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück mit großen Auswahl, gute kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und gute Verkehrsverbindungen mit SBahn und UBahn ca.200m entfernt.Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Gerne wieder. Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.

Mitten in der Stadt, der Eingang zum Hotel macht keinen guten Eindruck- schmuddelig! Oben angekommen hat das Bild gewechselt. Das Zimmer war sauber, Bad auch. Frühstück war I. O. auf Wunsch wurde Rührei oder Spiegelei angeboten. In der Nähe des Hotels gutes Restaurant mit bayerischen Essen gefunden. Alles in allem, für kurze Aufenthalte eine preiswerte Lösung

Leider im Hochsommer absolut nicht zu empfehlen: im 5. Stock direkt unterm Dach war die Hitze schier unerträglich. Da hat auch das Klimagerät, das im Zimmer stand, kaum was ausgerichtet. Eine Klimaanlage müsste zwingend nachgerüstet werden. Außerdem hat der Wasserhahn im Bad gespritzt, und es gab am Bett keine Steckdosen. Pluspunkte allerdings für die Top-Lage: Hauptbahnhof und U-Bahn-Station Goetheplatz sind easy zu Fuß erreichbar, direkt neben dem Hotel sind ein dm und ein REWE.
