I appreciated the staff’s kindness and willingness to problem solve, as opposed to passing judgment, when I lost my key or any requests that were made. Appreciated the included breakfasts and servers recommendations. The staff worked as a team to make you feel at home.

It’s well situated, but TV did not work and no parking which you have to pay extra. They offered breakfast and thing that it made it special was that they fix you a box with sandwich, apple and a bottle of water to take for early excursions.

This Hotel is right on the beach which made for a very relaxing stay. It’s also very close to 5th avenue and all of the restaurants, so strolling and finding great places for dinner are easy. Can’t beat the Pelicano for the price.

It’s not a place where you would spend a lot of time inside your hotel room. But I strongly recommend it. There are many shopping stores and many restaurants walking distance. The Hotel is right next to the beach and from the restaurant you can view the ocean. Security is great and convenient is a big plus! Many activities in surroundings

Beautiful place. Easy checkin..staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was super. My only comment is its hard carrying 50 pound luggage up the 3 flights of stairs as there is no elevator. Also we were unsure that the entrance was the long hallway..there should be a sign pointing to reception.

Love this hotel! Fantastic location, spacious and clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff (especially the young man at the front desk), comfy beds, nice grounds, great security, and the honeymoon suite is spectacular! Huge deck overlooking the ocean with a jacuzzi tub. The showers are lukewarm at best but otherwise it’s a great hotel for a decent price. Will be back!

I loved the way the rooms were built around a central courtyard of trees and seating areas. The white of the surface walls was warm and welcoming. The property had the calm and comfort of an older property — the taste of an older property — I do not at all mean ‘older’ in the sense of dated. The full and large bookcase in the lobby was a pleasure to see. I had good help in arranging a shuttle from the airport to the hotel, and immediate response to a change in arrival that I had to make. Thank you for being such a special place — an oasis even though so close to the activity of 5th Avenue.

On the beach hotel, plus a block from the 5th...so that beats anything! The breakfast at their restaurant overlooking the beach made it all worth it. The property is a bit old, the rooms were simple and lacked the amenities of a higher star hotel, such as tvs/room service/furniture...I mean, there were no hooks or chairs or dresser in our room to put our stuff, but I can overall say it was a pleasant stay. They accommodated us when we decided to extend our stay (and it was over the holidays)! We are pleased w this place, just wished they put a little love into their rooms, update/furnish a bit better.

The Inn is very cozy and has unique characters. Our room was much bigger than the room in all inclusive hotel we stayed before. A beach is nice but right in front of the inn there are rocks in the water. It’s dangerous. But there is sandy space on the side for entry to the sea. I was very surprised that nobody mentioned in reviews that there was a big construction right next to the inn. The restaurant staff tried to turn music louder muffled the noise.

Pelicano Inn is a great place to stay. The staff is awesome! The room was spacious, did not have ocean view, but we were close enough to the ocean and would go up to the gym and have the whole terrace to watch the ocean. The ocean was not clear, but we would see it clearing up everyday... in a couple of weeks it should be zargazo free. The breakfast was awesome! Isaac is a great server! Place is very well situated. In the middle of everything, but also quiet enough to have a good night sleep. Everything is walking distance. It is not a luxurious hotel, but it is a great one! It was the Perfect Place for our couple's getaway.
