This is bare bones accommodations, but for the price, it is terrific. I needed a place to stay for one night (just 12 hours, to be exact), and this place was safe, secure, clean. I walked to some stores and restaurants. I got a hot shower and a good night's sleep.

The location was perfect 5 minutes from Amtrak and 15 minutes to airport. The house is clean and orderly and the complementary cold water was a greatly appreciated. The host was nothing less than amazing he was very helpful, welcoming and resourceful anything I needed he was quick to respond. Room #8 was okay. A bit small, but livable. Biggest issue was that the head of the bed is directly underneath a window that faces the freeway. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine. Also, water pressure in the shower left a lot to be desired. But it was clean, private, and provided all the amenities I could need.
