We recently stayed at the British Hotel in Aylmer for a short visit with friends and family, and we were pleased with our experience. The room was wonderful, featuring a king-size bed and cable TV. The shower had great pressure, and the room was clean and well-maintained. The pre-arrival information was helpful, making check-in smooth. The friendly staff at the welcome desk of the restaurant were very helpful. Great price and food.
One thing to note is that parking was a bit tight, and navigating the small parking area was confusing. Additionally, accessing the lobby from the parking area was a bit tricky, and we ended up having to walk out and around to the front doors. However, the hotel's location is excellent, with many shops, cafes, and amenities nearby, including the mall, marina, and banks. The terrace was a lovely touch.
Sad we couldn't book again for an upcoming wedding due to availability, But we still recommend the hotel to others. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we'd consider returning again and again!
