One girl working the front desk, when we arrived we were told they were out of rooms. Even though we had a reservation. Took over an hour to get checked in. We had a reservation for a room with 2 beds. We had 3 adults and 1 child with us. After an hour of back and forth they finally agreed to put us in 2 separate single rooms.

New hotel. Opened July 2025. Room was clean. Bed slept wonderfully! Pillows were great and comfy! You could hear someone walking upstairs. You could hear people talking in the next room. Wood floor a plus. Would stay here again.

The kitchen was equipped, but I wonder who designed the refrigerated to open up towards the wall that is very unorganized. The kitchen needs to be redone so the refrigerator opens up towards the stove, not against the wall. You guys spend a lot of money. It looks like the managers at their location will not switch over the refrigerator so it opens the right way.

Absolutely. I have no complaints other than the ice machine did not work. The gal at the front desk told me that someone came with a huge cooler and used it all, and it was making more, but when I came down several hours later, they were still nothing. When I went the next day, there was nothing, either.

They nickle and dime you for everything (dishes,coffee maker,toaster,etc), didnt care for that since we've stayed at other locations and didnt have to pay for anything. We needed ice and there were no ice machines
