Great hotel in Wengen

Very clean, quiet, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Our balcony has a gorgeous Mountain View. The hotel is located in a beautiful small town - Wengen which is a good location for exploring the Alpine area. The breakfast was very good too. Strongly recommended for visiting this area.

They spent 5-10 minutes going over all the hiking opportunities in the area, etc. with me (and with all new others who checked in). The single room is a little tight, but that's expected in Europe. The proper was very clean, in good repair, and the bed was comfy. Very enjoyable stay.

My words will fail me as I try to describe our stay! This place is amazing!!! I can't wait to visit again. The hotel is lovely. Quiet and in a beautiful setting. It was very clean. The rooms had everything we needed for our stay. We had a nice view from our balcony. We had dinner one night which was wonderful. Breakfast each morning was a nice way to start our day. But the thing that really sets it apart is the amazing staff! So kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to. I highly recommend staying here. I hope to be back sooner rather than later!

Fantastic hotel in Wengen

Fantastic hotel in a great location. Located 5 minutes from the train station and great views of the valley. All the staff were all super friendly and a special mention for Thomas who helped me plan out my hikes each day and was so helpful. The hikes that Thomas recommended were amazing. Breakfast and dinner options all really nice. Next time I visit this area of Switzerland I’ll make sure to book this hotel again.

A Beautiful Time

We had a beautiful time at Hotel Edelweiss in Wengen. Linda and Tomas were so welcoming and helpful. And the rest of the staff were lovely as well. Our room provided an incredible view and peaceful sleep. The breakfasts were delicious and hearty, fueling us for the day. We were sad to leave but hope to return one day.

Our stay at the Edelweiss Hotel exceeded our expectations. The hotel itself is charming and you totally get the family run vibe. Thomas was very attentive and helpful, as was Monica and the rest of the staff. We had our hikes planned but, made some changes based on their recommendations and they were spot on. I feel that their suggestions made our experiences even better. We had a balcony room with a delightful view. I highly recommend this establishment.

The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating from the moment we arrived until we left three days later. They gave us some recommendations to see around the area. We absolutely loved Edelweiss!!! The staff was so kind and accommodating. The view from our room was so beautiful and peaceful. There is a great little park for the kiddos which is so convenient if you have younger ones. This place also has a nice deck to relax and enjoy the quietness of this village.
