Food, staff, cleanliness were all good. The location very close to a roundabout on a major trunk road very very noisy. The whole place was tatty, stained seats in the dining room, torn carpet at the entrance, odds bits of poorly repaired items in the room, some bits not repaired. My mattress was far far far too soft and uncomfortable.

I had read some awful reviews about the Wishing Well but our family booked 3 rooms, one was a family room. All were basic but all were spacious and clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We didnt eat here but did use the bar which looked as if it had been recently updated.

Travellers on the site put us off checking in so we send elsewhere to eat. Rubbish left all over the place and general mess left behind by travellers visiting the site.
